Quality Assurance
I only purchase quality glassware and fire all of the pieces. It is recommended to hand wash the glassware. Each glass is individually hand painted and although every attempt is made to accurately reproduce the colour of all items, some variations may occur

Delivery Time
Depending on other orders and the size of your order, if I am not busy you should receive your order between 1 - 2 weeks.

Postage Guarantee
Postage costs include Registered Post. Although I have never had glassware break before during postage, if it has broken when it arrives, take a digital photo of the broken glass and e-mail it to me within 24 hours of receiving the package and I will paint and send you another one a.s.a.p - free of charge.

Custom Designs & Pictures
It would be no problem to paint any simple design you may have, if you could send me a picture and let me know the colours I can confirm if I can paint it and give you a quote.
